Business Central Payables Agent in finance

The accounts payable agent built into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: it watches a Microsoft 365 mailbox, extracts PDF invoices with Azure Document Intelligence, identifies the vendor, suggests accounts, items and purchase order lines, and prepares a purchase invoice draft for a person to review. It does not post invoices or replace approval workflows.

Requires a Business Central licence. Consumption published by Microsoft: processing an invoice costs 50 Copilot Credits plus 5 per line; emails without a valid invoice cost nothing.
